A California Mobile Notary Public Service offering full Notary Public and Loan Document Signing Services to Mortgage Lenders, Brokers, Title and Escrow Companies, Attorneys, and for all other Private Party business transactions in the LA / OC / Riverside area of Southern California. We specialize in on-call, emergency, last minute, after hour, weekend, regular business hours, and out of area notarizations. We will travel swiftly to the borrower's home or your place of business to notarize your important documents 24 hours a day/7 days a week! Standard Pricing: Within normal business hours, I will notarize one signature within Los Angeles county for only $40.00. Additional signatures cost only $10.00 each, and documents requiring large numbers of signatures to be notarized often qualify for discounts. Need an emergency notarization in the middle of the night? After-hours notarizations or notarizations outside my local service area are available but require an additional surcharge which is negotiated at the time the appointment is made. All fees are to be paid at the time of service. Qualified corporate entities may qualify for terms.
